Say Goodbye to Stubborn Fat
It’s called stubborn fat for a reason. No matter how healthy your diet is or how much you exercise, it’s virtually impossible to lose those annoying love handles, man boobs, and beer bellies. Until recently, you had two options: live with them or have surgery. Now there is a proven non-surgical alternative: CoolSculpting.
CoolSculpting is a non-invasive procedure that freezes and breaks down fat cells, resulting in a reduction of body fat without damaging other tissues. Fat cells are susceptible to the effects of cold, unlike other forms of cells. It is one of the most popular non-surgical fat reduction treatments and does not require anesthesia.
A Natural Solution
Procedures that use laser, sonic waves, and even surgery to remove fat can destroy other tissue in the process by burning, shattering, or extracting non-fat cells. This requires downtime for your body to heal. Though surgery might be for you, now it is not the sole option. Fortunately, CoolSculpting doesn’t burn, shatter or extract any cells, and does not require anesthesia.
Developed by Harvard scientists, Coolsculpting’s unique, FDA-approved patented procedure uses a targeted cooling process that freezes and kills the fat cells underneath the skin. Your healthy skin cells remain healthy without any knives, suction hoses, needles, scars. In a few months, say hello to a new you.

Minimal Downtime, Long-Lasting Results
Unlike other procedures, CoolSculpting takes very little time and is pretty simple to fit into your daily life. After your CoolSculpting treatment, you can typically get right back to your busy day. Each treatment lasts 35 to 60 minutes – the same time you might spend at the gym or before work.
After a single treatment, you’ll typically see a noticeable reduction of fat. It takes about four months to fully realize the effects, mainly because it takes that long for your body to naturally dispose of the fat cells. And yes, you can lose even more with additional appointments if you and your doctor deem it necessary. If one treatment does not get you to your target, another treatment often will. But remember, Coolsculpting is not for weight loss and is not likely to offer significant changes in contours in heavier patients. Coolsculpting does not tighten skin, but neither does liposuction. Though there does sometimes appear to be skin tightening, it is a reduction in the underlying fat volume and the skin’s elasticity that give those outcomes. If you have very loose and/or extra skin, consider a skin tightening procedure (tummy tuck, for example).

After a few months, your clothes will fit better, and you will look slimmer. What’s more, there are no pills or supplements. And as long as you maintain a typical diet and exercise, your long-term results should remain stable. How cool is that?
